Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the GlamShot slow-motion glambot camera application ("the app"). By downloading, installing, or using GlamShot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the GlamShot app for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
2. In-App Purchases
GlamShot offers a one-time "GlamShot Pro" upgrade through Apple's In-App Purchase system. By purchasing the Pro upgrade:
- You receive a lifetime license to all Pro features, including future updates, for a single one-time payment.
- All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
- We do not collect or store any payment information.
- The Pro upgrade is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
3. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all videos and content you create using GlamShot. We claim no rights, title, or interest in your content. You are solely responsible for the content you capture, edit, and share.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or any part of it.
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality.
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app or any part thereof.
- Use the app to create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
5. Intellectual Property
The GlamShot app, including its design, code, branding, logos, and visual assets, is owned by GlamShot and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
GlamShot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlamShot and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of or inability to use the app.
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your content.
- Any other matter relating to the app.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
